While playing an application in Facebook, I've seen this side advertisement about intel's sweepstake wherein one together with his three friends can win an Intel Core i5 PC. Sweepstake is open for all residents of Argentina, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand, United States, and Vietnam only. Here's how the sweepstake app looked like:
Upon clicking enter, you will be asked to input your email and three friend's names. They will choose a winner every two weeks. Check out the sweepstake here.

Looking for a way ti increase my Firefox's speed, I found these two sites called forevergeek and techradar where I found a tweaks that can make this browser really fast. Now my surfing times normally takes 1-4 seconds per page loading.
So here's what I did:
First is Enabling Pipelining: Instead of one request per every response to a server, Firefox would send multiple request before any response; thus, allowing faster page loading.To enable this feature, here's the steps:
- Type "about:config" in the address bar
- Type this code in the Filter Bar: "network.http.pipelining" and set it to true. (you can change the settings by double clicking that item)
- Type again: "network.http.proxy.pipelining" and set it to true.
- Next look for: "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" and set the value to "8"
- Lastly, click anywhere on the interface, Right-click>New>Integer. Type in "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set the value to "0".
Additional way to improve your browsing is through Enabling Quick Rendering. All you have to do is to Right-click again>New>Integer and type "content.notify.interval" with the value of "500000". Next Right click again, New>Boolean and type "content.notify.ontimer" which shall be set to True.

With it's promise to release the new version of Firefox, Mozilla.org finally launched the newest version of the browser yesterday. The browser, Firefox 4 Beta 1 now looks more flawless. Here's how it looks like:
I am using the browser and I got an impression stocked on my mind until now: It's really fast! There are more features added but I'm not using any of them yet. The browser interface has been space-friendly with one added feedback button on the rightest side. Check out the newest features at FireFox 4's download page.
